Client was facing a foreclosure sale on his home. Attorney Soo Hong was retained and within 2 days, filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case that stopped the foreclosure sale. After the cancellation of the foreclosure sale and during the Chapter 13 bankruptcy case, Client was able to finalize his loan modification with the mortgage company. Client was able to keep his home and complete his Chapter 13 bankruptcy case in less than a year. Client was very thankful.
