Client was driving back from South Carolina and pulled over in Tucker, Georgia. The client was found sleeping in his vehicle. The police officer smelled alcohol coming from the client. The client failed the field sobriety tests. The client was arrested for DUI.
Attorney Blevins was able to show the client did not pass out and was only tired. Attorney Blevins was able to get the City to reduce the DUI to a reckless driving.

Attorney Richard Blevins is a former Cobb County Assistant District Attorney and Assistant Solicitor General. He is a part-time criminal justice instructor at Chattahoochee Technical College in Marietta, Georgia.
