United States Bankruptcy Court – Northern District – Atlanta Division
Client was facing a repossession of her vehicle. Client immediately retained Attorney Soo Hong over the phone and within one day, Attorney Hong was able to prepare a Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition for Client to sign and file the bankruptcy case. This stopped the repossession and Client was able to retain her vehicle and make monthly Chapter 13 plan payments which came out to be less than her regular car payments.
