Client was stopped by law enforcement for DUI. The client did not have an attorney once he got arrested. The client forgot to send in a 30 day ALS hearing request. As a result the client’s drivers license was suspended for one year.
The client hired DUI Attorney Richard Blevins. Attorney Blevins was able to get the DUI charge reduced to a reckless driving. As a result, the client’s license became valid now.
