  • damaging his mother’s property in excess of $20,000.00 and
  • stealing her vehicle.

Client was facing two felonies and the original plea offer was to serve 1 year in prison.

After negotiating with the prosecutor about the facts of the case and showing some mitigating factors, the case was reduced to a misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct.Ā  The client was happy.
