client was operating a motor vehicle. He was observed failing to maintain lane and then tossing a bag out of his vehicle. Police officers stopped his vehicle and retrieved the bag. The bag contained cocaine in it.
Attorney Richard Blevins was able to negotiate a favorable plea to disorderly conduct and the felony charge was pursued by the prosecutor.

Attorney Richard Blevins is a former Cobb County Assistant District Attorney and Assistant Solicitor General. He is a part-time criminal justice instructor at Chattahoochee Technical College in Marietta, Georgia.
