Client was involved in a motor vehicle collision. He was the passenger in a vehicle and the driver of his car went into the other lane of travel. As a result the vehicle he was in collided with another vehicle head on. The client suffered a broken back as a result of the collision. The liability insurance was $25,000 and the client’s insurance had only $25,000 additional coverage under UM coverage. So the client only had $50,000 in coverage.
