COBB SUPERIOR COURT

Client was observed traveling at a high rate of speed by an off-duty officer. The off-duty officer observed the client pull into a bar parking lot and get out of the vehicle. He then observed the client get into a verbal altercation with staff members of the bar. The client was then told to leave.

Later, a DUI police officer arrived at the scene and arrested the client for DUI.

The client stand the risk of losing his CDL and his job if he got a DUI.Ā AttorneyĀ Richard Blevins took the case and tried to get a reduction but was told the prosecution office had any reduction policy.Ā AttorneyĀ Richard Blevins then took the case to a jury trial. After a one day trial and 20 minutes of deliberations the Jury found the client not guilty of DUI, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.Ā Client was extremely happy.
