Cobb State Court
Client was operating a vehicle and was stopped for failure to maintain his lane. The officer smelled alcohol and asked the client to perform field sobriety tests. The client also admitted taking prescription drugs. The officer performed the horizontal gaze nystagmus (HGN) test. The Officer observed 6 of 6 clues. The client refused the other field sobriety tests. The officer arrested the client.
