FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
BALDWIN COUNTY STATE COURT
Attorney Richard Blevins represented a client charged with DUI-drugs.
The client was stopped by the Georgia State Patrol in Milledgeville for allegedly leaving his lane of travel.
Once stopped, the State Trooper determined the client was under the influence of marijuana. Attorney Richard Blevins was able to examine the dash cam video and determine that his client did not fail any field sobriety tests and there was no probable cause to arrest his client. Attorney Richard Blevins presented his findings to the Solicitor and the DUI charge was dismissed. Client was very happy and relieved he did not have to go to jail or lose his driver’s license.
