The State offered a reckless driving but the client declared his innocence on the case.
Attorney Richard Blevins took the case to a jury trial. During the jury trial, Mr. Blevins crossed examined the arresting police officer on his administering of the field sobriety tests. Mr. Blevins was able to show the officer lacked sufficient evidence to support a DUI conviction.
