COBB STATE COURT

Client was stopped by the police for speeding and failure to maintain lane.

Once the officer approached the the client’s car, he smelled marijuana and arrested the client.

Attorney Richard Blevins was able to show that his client just got the car from a friend about an hour before the stop and the speeding could not be proven. Therefore, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the marijuana possession charge and speeding charge. Client was extremely happy.
