COBB SUPERIOR COURT

Client was charged with battery, disorderly conduct and public drunk. Client was accused of pushing and hitting a security guard at SunTrust Stadium. It was allegedly observed by a police officer.

Client had previously hired another attorney but was unable to resolve his case. Client believed this was a case of mistaken identity. Attorney Richard Blevins was able to prove that the client was at a bar when another individual was acting unruly. Client just merely walked out once the unknown individual pushed and hit the security guard. Once receipts were shown and other evidence presented, the prosecutor dismissed the case.  Client was extremely happy.
