From the time a traffic ticket is issued, it may take up to ten (10) days for that information to be available through the State Court Clerk’s Office, according to its website. Once available, you will be able to confirm whether or not a court appearance is required, or if the applicable fine can simply be paid by contacting the Traffic Violations Bureau (see below).
If the violation involved an accident, or is serious enough to warrant an appearance, contact Blevins & Hong immediately. Upon your visit to the courthouse, please be aware that the Traffic Courtroom may be located on the first or second floor. The Traffic Division, traffic filing, and pay windows are located on the second floor.
